摘　　要：目的探讨静脉腔内激光治疗术(EVLT)联合泡沫硬化剂治疗下肢静脉曲张的临床效果。方法将我院收治的96例下肢静脉曲张患者根据手术方式不同分为对照组和联合组,各48例。对照组采用单纯EVLT治疗,联合组采用EVLT联合泡沫硬化剂治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果联合组皮下血肿、皮肤瘀斑及隐神经损伤发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);两组复发率无显著差异(P>0.05)。术后1、2、3个月,联合组AVVQ评分均明显低于对照组与术前(P<0.05)。结论 EVLT联合泡沫硬化剂治疗下肢静脉曲张效果显著,其可有效降低术后并发症发生率,提高患者生活质量,值得临床推广。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of endovenous laser therapy(EVLT) combined with foam sclerosing agent in the treatment of varicose veins of the lower extremities. Methods Ninety-six patients with varicose veins of the lower extremities in our hospital were divided into control group and combined group according to different surgical methods, with 48 cases in each group. The control group was treated with EVLT alone, while the combined group was treated with EVLT combined with foam sclerosing agent. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results The incidences of subcutaneous hematoma, skin ecchymosis and saphenous nerve injury in the combined group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the recurrence rate between the two groups(P>0.05). The AVVQ scores at 1, 2 and 3 months after operation of the combined group were significantly lower than those of the control group and before operation(P<0.05). Conclusion EVLT combined with foam sclerosing agent in the treatment of varicose veins of the lower extremities has a significant effect. It can effectively reduce the incidence of postoperative complications and improve the quality of life of patients, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
