头痛宁胶囊治疗难治性偏头痛的效果及对头痛发作频率的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨头痛宁胶囊治疗难治性偏头痛的效果及对头痛发作频率的影响。方法选取2017年8月至2018年8月于我院就诊的100例难治性偏头痛患者为研究对象,采用数字表随机法将其分为联合组和对照组,各50例。对照组采用托吡酯+针刺治疗,联合组在对照组基础上联合头痛宁胶囊进行治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果联合组的治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组NRS评分均显著降低,且联合组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后4、12周,联合组的头痛发作频次及头痛持续时间均优于对照组(P<0.05)。联合组治疗后12周的头痛指数显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应总发生率无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论头痛宁胶囊治疗难治性偏头痛的效果显著,可有效降低头痛发作频率,缩短头痛持续时间,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the effect of Toutongning capsule in the treatment of refractory migraine and its effect on the frequency of headache attack. Methods A total of 100 patients with refractory migraine treated in our hospital from August 2017 to August 2018 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into combined group and control group, with 50 cases in each group. The control group was treated with topiramate+acupuncture, while the combined group was treated with Toutongning capsule on the basis of the control group. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the combined group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the NRS scores of both groups decreased significantly, and that in the combined group was lower than the control group(P <0.05). At 4 and 12 weeks after treatment, the frequency and duration of headache attack in the combined group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05). The headache index of the combined group at 12 weeks after treatment was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion Toutongning capsule is effective in treating refractory migraine. It can effectively reduce the frequency of headache attack and shorten the duration of headache, which is worth popularizing and applying in clinic.
