摘　　要：结合中建三局在航天六院科研楼工程总承包信息管理过程中遇到的实际问题,将现有平台的内容通过手机端和PC端进行显示操作,综合利用BIM技术的协调性、可视性、模拟性、优化性及数据高度集成的特点,总结了一套基于BIM信息共享技术的施工进度计划管理方式,以为类似工程提供借鉴。Combining the practical problems encountered by the China Construction Third Bureau in the general contracting information management process of the research institute of the Sixth Academy of Aerospace,the content of the existing platform is displayed through the mobile terminal and the PC,and the coordination and visibility of the BIM technology are comprehensively utilized. The characteristics of sex, simulation, optimization and data integration are summarized. A set of construction schedule management methods based on BIM information sharing technology is summarized to provide reference for similar projects.
