摘 要:肠道病毒71型(EV71)是引起手足口病的重要病原体之一,部分患者可引起多种中枢神经系统并发症,具有较高的致残率和病死率。目前,EV71感染的发病机制仍不十分清楚。宿主免疫应答是清除病毒感染最有效的方式,但也能导致免疫病理损伤,可能与EV71感染所致的中枢神经系统并发症密切相关。本文围绕宿主免疫相关易感基因多态性、体液免疫与细胞免疫等方面加以综述,旨在进一步理解EV71感染所致中枢神经系统并发症中的免疫学发病机制,为病情预测与治疗提供理论指导。Enterovirus 71(EV71) is one of the most important pathogens causing hand foot and mouth disease(HFMD).In severe cases,it can cause a variety of neurological complications with a high morbidity and mortality.However,its pathogenesis has not yet been completely elucidated.As well known,the host immune response plays an important role in monitoring the virus and defensing against infection,but it also can lead to immunopathological damages and affect the occurrence and development of nervous system complication.So,this review describes that the recent advances in the immunopathogenesis of nervous system damage caused by EV71 infection,including immune-related gene polymorphism,humoral immunity and cellular immunity,which aims to thoroughly understand the role of immunological factors in the development of EV71-related nervous system complication and also provide theoretical guidance for the assessment and treatment of EV71-related severe cases.
