摘　　要：[目的]分别在室内和室外对imicyafos、噻唑膦和甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐(简称甲维盐)防治南方根结线虫的活性进行评价。[方法]室内微孔板方法比较了3种药物对南方根结线虫2龄幼虫(J2)运动和卵孵化的影响,并通过室外盆栽试验考察了这些药物对南方根结线虫的室外防效。[结果]Imicyafos对J2的运动抑制程度较小且效应速度较慢,10mg/L的imicyafos作用72h后J2静止率最大为84.76%;噻唑膦和imicyafos对南方根结线虫卵的孵化均无抑制作用,仅可延缓这一过程;imicyafos在抑制根结产生方面显著优于噻唑膦和甲维盐,根结抑制率为95.64%,根内J2抑制率为91.60%。[结论]Imicyafos可用作南方根结线虫的防治;imicyafos主要通过抑制J2侵染来发挥作用;甲维盐可有效抑制卵的孵化,噻唑膦和imicyafos仅能延缓这个过程。[Aims] This study aims to evaluate the control effect of imicyafos, fosthiazate and emamectin benzoate against Meloidogyne incognita indoors and outdoors respectively. [Methods] The control effect of these three pesticides on second-stage juveniles(J2) and hatching of eggs were compared by indoor microplate method, and the outdoor control effects were investigated by pot experiment under natural conditions. [Results] Imicyafos inhibited J2’s motion more slightly and slowly than fosthiazate and emamectin benzoate, the immotile J2 reached 84.76% with 10 mg/L imicyafos after72 h. Fosthiazate and emamectin benzoate did not inhibit egg hatching, but only delayed the process. Imcyafos was significantly superior to fosthiazate and emamectin benzoate in inhibiting galls formation in outdoor pot experiments, the inhibition rate of galls and J2 s in roots was 95.64 and 91.60% respectively at 10 mg/L. [Conclusions] Imicyafos is a promising nematicide used for control of M. incognita. Imicyafos mainly plays a role as nematicide by inhibiting J2 infection. Emamectin benzoate can effectively inhibit hatching of eggs, while fosthiazate and emamectin benzoate can only delay the process.
