摘 要:为促进菌渣循环利用,实现草菇高效生产,本试验以工厂化杏鲍菇菌渣和玉米芯为主要原料设计不同的配比处理,测定并分析不同配方的基质碳氮比和含水量、草菇的发菌情况、农艺性状和产量,以筛选出最佳的草菇栽培配方。结果表明,杏鲍菇菌渣中添加30%~40%的玉米芯有利于调节原料的碳氮比,并增加原料的持水量,可显著提高草菇产量;配方1(杏鲍菇菌渣55%、玉米芯40%、碳酸钙5%)和配方2(杏鲍菇菌渣65%、玉米芯30%、碳酸钙5%)处理下的草菇菌丝生长旺盛,产量较高,分别达到6.28kg/m^2和6.37kg/m^2。In order to promote the recycling of mushroom residue and realize the high-efficiency production of Volvariella volvacea, different proportions of industrial Pleurotus eryngii residue and corncob were designed to determine and analyze the carbon-nitrogen ratio and water content of matrix, the growth situation, agronomic characteristics and yield of Volvariella volvacea in different formulations, and to select the best cultivation formula of Volvariella volvacea. The results showed that the addition of 30%~40% corncob in the residue of Pleurotus eryngii could adjust the C/N ratio and increase the water holding capacity of raw materials, and significantly increase the yield of Volvariella volvacea. The mycelial growth of Volvariella volvacea was vigorous under formula 1 (Pleurotus eryngii residue 55%, corncob 40%, calcium carbonate 5%) and formula 2 (Pleurotus eryngii residue 65%, corncob 30%, calcium carbonate 5%), and the yield reached 6.28 kg/m ^2 and 6.37 kg/m^2, respectively.
