摘 要:为探讨辐射对元宝枫种子出苗的影响并创制元宝枫新种质,本研究以3株丰产元宝枫干种子为试材,采用不同辐射剂量60Co-γ射线对其进行照射处理。结果表明:元宝枫种子的相对出苗率随辐射剂量的增加而降低200Gy以下的低剂量时降低较缓,大于200Gy的高剂量时急剧下降;通过拟合曲线计算所得元宝枫种子的半致死剂量在188.92~203.81Gy之间,平均为198.48Gy,初步认为最适辐射剂量为200Gy;辐射明显影响幼苗的叶色、叶形,这可为元宝枫新品种培育与变色机理研究提供参考。In order to explore the influence of radiation on the seedling emergence of Acer truncatum seeds and create new germplasms, the dry seeds of three high-yielding A. truncatum single strains were irradiated with different radiation doses of 60Co-γ. The results showed that the relative emergence rate decreased with the increase of radiation dose. The relative emergence rate decreased slowly at the low doses below 200 Gy, and decreased sharply at the high doses above 200 Gy. The semi-lethal dose of Acer truncatum seeds was calculated by fitting curve ranged from 188.92 Gy to 203.81 Gy with the mean of 198.48 Gy. It was preliminarily considered that the optimum radiation dose was 200 Gy. The radiation obviously affected the leaf color and shape of seedlings, which provided references for breeding of new varieties and study of discoloration mechanism of Acer truncatum.
