摘  要:叙述了挥发性有机物(VOCs)燃烧催化剂,包括贵金属催化剂和非贵金属催化剂特性,分析了Pt系催化剂用于丙烷完全氧化催化性能的影响因素,讨论了催化剂备方法、载体酸碱性、载体结构以及Pt粒子大小和Pt物种组成等方面对丙烷催化氧化的影响。在种类繁多的VOCs中,烷烃是化学性质最稳定的一类VOCs,也是最难催化燃烧的物质,因此选择丙烷反应物研究催化性能,具有很好的代表性。认为未来研究应致力于加深对丙烷完全氧化反应机制的理解,进一步探究总结影响催化剂性能的关键因素;认识反应的活性中心,掌握反应的关键,合成具有这些性能的催化剂,为今后制备高性能VOCs燃烧催化剂提供方向和依据。Alkanes are one of the most difficult volatile organic compounds (VOCs) to be totally oxidized because of their inert chemical nature. The catalytic total oxidation of propane is a representative model reaction to evaluate the catalytic performance. This review summarized recent progresses on the catalytic total oxidation of VOCs on various catalyst systems (including noble metal and transitional metal catalysts), particularly on the propane total oxidation over Pt- based catalysts. The effects of catalyst preparation, structural and surface properties of the supports, particle size and composition of Pt species on the catalytic performance were analyzed. Future research should focus on the understanding of the reaction mechanism, which may provide useful insights for the development of highly efficient catalyst systems for total oxidation of propane.
