摘  要:介绍了双端对称、单端氢、单端乙烯基、单端羟基等具有不同端基结构的分子量窄分布的聚硅氧烷的合成方法,及通过改变原料、催化剂、引发剂、链终止剂等方法调控聚硅氧烷特定结构的途径,分析比较了各种方法的优缺点,讨论了制备性能优异的分子量可控和分子量窄分布聚硅氧烷的可行性。认为采用烷基锂化合物催化低聚环硅氧烷的阴离子开环聚合是制备结构可控聚硅氧烷的有效途径,开发可催化环四硅氧烷及环五硅氧烷的高效阴离子聚合催化剂是降低窄分子量分布聚硅氧烷成本的关键。The synthesis methods of polysiloxanes with narrow molecular weight distribution and end-capped with different terminal groups such as double-end symmetric, single-ended hydrogen, single-end vinyl, single-ended hydroxyl groups were introduced in detail, together with various ways adopted to regulate specific structures of polysiloxanes, such as changing raw materials, catalysts, initiators, chain terminators, etc. The advantages and disadvantages of various methods were analyzed and compared. The feasibility of preparing high performance polysiloxanes with controllable molecular weight and narrow molecular weight distribution was discussed. The results showed that the anionic ring-opening polymerization of oligomeric cyclosiloxanes catalyzed by alkyllithium compounds is an effective way to prepare structure- controlled polysiloxanes. The development of high- efficiency anionic polymerization catalysts for ring-opening of cyclotetrasiloxane and cyclopentasiloxane is an important factor to reduce the cost of narrow molecular weight distribution polysiloxanes.
