摘  要:介绍了1种定量风险分析安全评价方法(CASST-QRA),用于识别系统内潜在危险,对潜在危险发生的概率及可能造成的后果进行分析,提出必要建议措施。针对库房中可燃液体包装容器较小,没有统一的事故后果定量分析方法,以甲苯为例,将库房中同类可燃液体进行等效折算,并应用CASST-QRA软件现有模型进行计算。结果表明,在甲苯储罐容器破裂的情况下,死亡半径、重伤半径、轻伤半径分别为37、44、64m。使用QRA软件的内嵌多种事故后果模型,可大大提高定量风险分析的自动化、智能化。Quantitative risk analysis(QRA)is one of quantitative analysis of safety assessment method. It is used to identify potential hazards of system and analyze probability of potential hazards and their possible consequences, providing some suggestions. Using the accident consequence models of QRA software, will improve automation and intellectualization of QRA. There is no unified quantitative analysis method for accident consequences, because the flammable liquid packaging containers in warehouses are so small. This paper used QRA software for quantitative risk analysis of flammable liquid warehouse fire accidents. And the results showed that, taking toluene as example, equivalent conversion of similar flammable liquids in warehouse, using QRA software models for calculation, the maximum death radius, bad injuries radius, slight injuries radius, is about 37 m, 44 m, 64 m respectively. At last, this method can using quantitative analysis of accident consequences for flammable liquid warehouse directly.
