摘 要:交联副产物释放过程的定量分析和去气工艺研究是高压交联电缆领域的技术难题,本文基于菲克第二定律和顶空气相色谱,采用数学建模和试验验证的方法,研究了影响副产物释放的各种因素,计算了高压交联电缆的去气时间。结果表明:副产物热释放过程主要取决于初始浓度、绝缘厚度、位置分布、去气时间和扩散系数,提高去气温度可以促进副产物的释放,采用低脱气绝缘料可有效缩短去气时间,绝缘厚度对去气时间的影响显著,采用顶空气相色谱法可验证实际去气效果。The quantitative analysis of crosslinking by-products during release process and degassing process research are the technical problems of high-voltage crosslinked cable. Based on Fick’s second law and headspace gas chromatography(HS-CG), the different factors influencing the release of by-products was studied by mathematical modeling and experimental verification, and the degassing time of high-voltage crosslinked cable was calculated. The results show that the heat release process of by-products mainly depends on the initial concentration, insulation thickness, position distribution, degassing time, and diffusion coefficient. Increasing the degassing temperature or using low degassing insulation material could promote the release of by-products and effectively reduce the degassing time. The influence of insulation thickness on the degassing time is significant. The actual degassing result could be verified by headspace gas chromatography.
