摘  要:采用溶液聚合法,以聚己内酯二元醇(PCL-1000)、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)、2,2–二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)、N-(2-氨基乙基)-2-氨基乙烷磺酸钠盐(AAS)等为主要原料,合成改性水性聚氨酯(SWPU)乳液。通过傅里叶变换红外(FTIR)、核磁共振碳谱(^13C-NMR)对其结构进行表征,考察了AAS含量对乳液外观、粒径、热稳定性以及胶膜力学性能的影响。结果表明:随AAS加入量的增加,乳液外观呈现透明泛蓝光,热稳定性高于未改性WPU;SWPU胶膜力学性能得到改善;当w(AAS)由2%增加至6%时,乳液粒径由60.98nm降至42.48nm,接触角从50°增至71°,断裂伸长率从640.45%增至1021.27%,拉伸强度从3.02MPa降至1.05MPa。Using the polycaprolactone diol (PCL-1000), isophorone isocyanate (IPDI),2,2-dimethylolpropionic acid (DMPA),N-(2-aminoethyl)-2-aminoethanesulfonic acid sodium salt (AAS), etc. as main raw materials, the modified waterborne polyurethane (SWPU) emulsion was synthesized by using the solution polymerization method. The structure of the SWPU was characterized by using Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) and nuclear magnetic resonance carb on spectrum (^13C-NMR). The in fluence of AAS content on the appearance, particle size, thermal stability of the emulsion and the mechanical performance of the film was investigated. The results show that with the increase of AAS addition amount, the appearance of the emulsion is transparent and panning blue light, the thermal stability is higher than that of the unmodified WPU, and the mechanical performance of the SWPU film was improved. When the w(AAS) increases from 2% to 6%, the particle size of the emulsion decreases from 60.98 nm to 42.48 nm, the contact angle increases from 50°to 71°, the elongation at break increases from 640.45% to 1 221.27%, and the tensile strength decreases from 3.02 MPa to 1.05 MPa.
