摘 要:以二苯亚砜和三氟化硼的复合物(Ph2SO·2BF3)为引发剂,采用四氢呋喃(THF)、环氧氯丙烷(ECH)和烯丙基缩水甘油醚(AGE)3种单体制备THF-ECH-AGE三元共聚醚。用核磁共振氢谱(^1H-NMR)、傅里叶变换红外(FTIR)对聚合物的结构和组成进行表征,结果表明最终合成的共聚醚中含有预期的官能团。讨论了不同因素对聚合反应的影响,得到最佳反应条件为:反应温度25℃,反应时间8h,n(THF):n(ECH):n(AGE)=5:1:4,n(引发剂):n(单体)=1:100。Using the diphenyl sulfoxide and boron trifluoride complex (Ph2SO-2BF3) as initiator, the THF-ECH-AGE ternary copolyether was prepared by using three kinds of monomers including tetrahydrofuran (THF), epichlorohydrin (ECH) and allyl glycidyl ether (AGE). The structure and composition of the polymer were characterized by using nuclear magnetic resonance hydrogen spectrum (^1H-NMR) and Fourier transform infrared (FTIR). The results show that the finally synthesized copolyether contains the expected functional groups. The influence of different factors on the polymerization reaction was discussed. The optimal reaction conditions were obtained as follows: the reaction temperature is 25 ℃, the reaction time is 8 h, n(THF):n(ECH):n(AGE)=5: 1:4, n(initiator):n(monomer)= 1:100.
