摘  要:采用同一未硫化绝热层,研究不同温度对其门尼黏度和初期硫化的影响;并将试样在自然条件下贮存,不时地进行门尼黏度和初期硫化的测试。结果表明:试样的最小门尼黏度(ML)随测试温度的升高而降低;硫化测试显示,硫化时间T5、T35缩短,但ML维持不变;随贮存时间的增加,试样的门尼黏度增加,T5、T35减小;在绝热层进行硫化、贴片等工序中,可根据实际需要,选择相应的环境温度和贮存时间。Using the same unvulcanized insulation layer, the influence of the different temperatures on its Mooney viscosity and initial vulcanization was investigated. The samples were stored under the natural condition, and the tests of Mooney viscosity and initial vulcanization were carried out from time to time.The results show that the minimum Mooney viscosity(ML) of the sample decreases with the increase of the test temperature. The vulcanization test shows that the vulcanization time T5 and T35 are shortened, but the ML remains unchanged. With the increase of storage time, the Mooney viscosity of the sample increases, the T5 and T35 decrease. During the vulcanizing and patching processes of the insulation layer, according to the actual need, the corresponding environmental temperature and storage time can be selected.
