摘  要:研究了偏二甲肼(UDMH)中颗粒物粒径的组成,测定了密理博滤膜浸泡过程中乙醇电导率的变化,分析了滤膜浸泡前后和过程中质量的变化,观察了滤膜的表面形貌,最后在未浸泡和正常浸泡滤膜间进行了对比实验。结果表明:UDMH中10μm以上颗粒物体积占总体积的71.7%;滤膜离子含量不影响颗粒物元素测定,滤膜质量在浸泡后预计不变,滤膜表面质量良好;在正常浸泡和未浸泡滤膜所测定的颗粒物结果中,期望的差值为0.02mg/L,密理博滤膜可不浸泡直接用于实验。The particle size composition of the particulates in unsymmetrical dimethylhydrazine(UDMH) was investigated. The electric conductivity change of ethanol during the soaking process of the Millipore filter membrane was determined. The mass change of the filter membrane before, after and during the soaking process was analyzed. The surface morphology of the filter membrane was observed. Finally,the comparative experiment between the filter membranes without being soaked and normally being soaked was carried out. The results show that the volume of the particulate of particle size above 10 μm accounts for 71.7% of the total volume. The ion content of the filter membrane does not affect the determination of the particulate elements, the mass of the filter membrane is expected to remain constant after soaking, and the surface quality of the filter membrane is good. In the determination results of the particulates of the filter membranes normally being soaked and without being soaked, the expected difference value is 0.02 mg/L, the Millipore filter membrane can be directly used in the experiments without being soaked.
