网络教育视野下电大教师教学管理能力优化路径探讨

摘　　要：随着互联网行业迅猛发展,我国网络教育迎来全新的发展机遇,教育理念、教育任务、教育方法等有了根本性变化,网络教育视野下的电大教学管理已被提出新要求,要在把握电大教育新特色中探索新思路,巧借优化路径深层次持续提升电大教师教学管理能力,在高效胜任工作岗位中同步实现高质量教学管理与专业人才培养战略目标,全面推动新时代下我国网络教育发展进程。With the rapid development of the Internet industry,China’s online education is facing new opportunities for development. There have been fundamental changes in educational concepts,tasks and methods. The teaching management in the perspective of online education has been put forward new requirements. We should explore new ideas in grasping the new characteristics of education,and continuously improve the teaching management ability of teachers by optimizing the path. In order to promote the development of network education in the new era,we should synchronously realize the strategic objectives of high quality teaching management and professional training in highly efficient and competent positions.
