高层建筑结构刚重比限值探讨

摘　　要：JGJ 3—2010《高层建筑混凝土结构技术规程》^([1])中5.4节对除框架结构以外结构形式的高层建筑结构(如剪力墙结构、框架-剪力墙结构、板柱剪力墙结构、筒体结构)的重力二阶效应及整体稳定给出判断依据,两种情况的刚重比限值都为常数,没有考虑层数及重力荷载设计值不均匀分布的影响。对两种情况进行分析讨论,定性地给出结论与设计建议,保证结构设计的安全与经济。JGJ 3-2010 "Technical specification for concrete structures of tall building" Section 5.4, the basis for judging the gravity second-order effects and overall stability of high-rise building structures in the form of structures other than frame structures(such as shear wall structure, frame-shear wall structure, slab-column shear wall structure, cylinder structure)is given. The values are constant,and the effects of layer quantity and uneven distribution of gravity load design values are not taken into account.The two situations are analyzed and discussed, conclusions and design suggestions are qualitatively given to ensure the safety and economy of structural design.
