摘 要:射孔深度计算是保证射孔质量的一个重要环节,深度计算准确,可以充分地射开地层,使油井达到产能最大化。海上油田大位移井射孔枪和同位素接头之间的连接油管长度可达数百米,作业时管柱变形量较为严重,校深难度大。针对海上油田大位移井对给射孔管柱带来的射孔深度精确计算精度低、控制困难的问题,通过分析射孔校深误差来源,并对重力作用、热伸长、鼓胀效应带来的管柱变形量进行计算,并提出现场作业误差控制措施,保证了海上油田大位移井射孔作业的精确实施。The calculation of perforation depth is an important link to ensure perforation quality. The accurate calculation of perforation depth can ensure to fully penetrate the formation and maximize the productivity of oil wells. The connecting tubing length between perforating gun and isotope joint in offshore extended reach wells can reach hundreds of meters, which makes the deformation of pipe string is serious during operation, and makes it difficult to ensure the perforation depth. In order to solve the problems of low calculating accuracy and difficult control of perforation depth of extended reach wells in offshore oilfields, the error sources of perforation depth are analyzed, and the deformation of pipe string caused by gravity, thermal elongation and bulging effect is calculated. The field operation error control measures are proposed to ensure the accurate perforation operation of extended reach wells in offshore oilfields.
