摘 要:现有的油田注水系统评价方法中,没有评价指标反映注水能耗高的注水井。基于能量守恒定律,引入单泵单井模型,提出了以单井输入功率与单井单位注水量电耗为基础的评价方法,对国内某油田的A与B注水系统内的注水井进行节能评价。结果表明:该评价方法可对注水系统的注水井进行评价,能够找出注水能耗高的注水井,从而采取相应措施提高注水系统效率。In the existing evaluation method of oilfield water injection system, there is no evaluation index to reflect the high energy consumption of water injection wells. Based on the law of energy conservation, a single pump and single well model is introduced, and an evaluation method based on the input power of a single well and the power consumption per unit injection volume of a single well is proposed to evaluate the energy saving of injection wells in A and B water injection systems of a domestic oilfield. The results show that the method can be used for the evaluation of the water injection wells in the water injection system, find out the water injection wells with high energy consumption, and take corresponding measures to improve the efficiency of the water injection system.
