国产加强型硬膜外导管对分娩镇痛中硬膜外脱管率的影响

摘　　要：目的研究国产加强型硬膜外导管对分娩镇痛中硬膜外脱管率的影响。方法选取我院2018年3月至2018年8月收治的100例无痛分娩产妇,随机分为A组和B组各50例。两组均行硬膜外分娩镇痛,在选择导管置管时, A组采用普通导管, B组采用国产加强型硬膜外导管。比较两组产妇的硬膜外脱管率和VAS评分。结果 B组的硬膜外脱管率为4.00%(2/50),明显低于A组的16.00%(8/50),差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。两组产妇镇痛2 h的VAS评分比较无统计学差异(P>0.05); B组的镇痛4 h、 6 h VAS评分以及平均VAS评分均明显低于A组(P <0.05)。结论国产加强型硬膜外导管应用在无痛分娩硬膜外麻醉中,可以降低硬膜外脱管率和无痛分娩时的疼痛评分,值得临床推广应用。Objective To study the influence of domestic enhanced epidural catheter on epidural extubation rate during labor analgesia. Methods 100 cases of puerperas with painless delivery admitted to our hospital from March 2018 to August 2018 were selected and divided into group A and group B, with 50 cases in each group. Both groups received epidural labor analgesia. Group A used common catheter, while group B used domestic enhanced epidural catheter. The epidural extubation rate and VAS score were compared between the two groups. Results The epidural extubation rate of group B was 4.00%(2/50), significantly lower than 16.00%(8/50) of group A(P<0.05).No statistical difference was found in the VAS score at 2 hours of analgesia between two groups(P >0.05). The VAS scores at 4 hours and 6 hours of analgesia and the average VAS score of group B were significantly lower than those of group A(P<0.05). Conclusions Domestic enhanced epidural catheter in the application of epidural anesthesia for painless delivery can reduce the epidural extubation rate and pain score during painless delivery, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
