摘　　要：目的观察阿托伐他汀不同给药模式对2型糖尿病(T2DM)合并高脂血症患者胆固醇水平的长期影响。方法 81例T2DM患者按阿托伐他汀给药模式分为四组:①20 mg/d改为10 mg/d维持(20-10 qd组);②20 mg/d改为10 mg/隔日维持(20-10 qod组);③20 mg/d至停用(20-停药组);④持续10 mg组。每3个月检测患者的血糖、血脂谱。结果①四组的基线血脂水平比较无显著差异(P>0.05)。②除20-停药组的TC和LDL-C显著上升外,其他三组治疗后均呈下降趋势。20-10 qd组的TC、 LDL-C水平均低于20-10 qod组和持续10 mg组,持续10 mg组的TC、 LDL-C水平低于20-10 qod组(P均<0.05)。结论 T2DM合并高脂血症需长期给予他汀类药物治疗,阿托伐他汀10 mg/d可作为长期治疗的有效剂量。Objective To observe the long-term influence of different administration modes of atorvastatin on plasma cholesterol level in patients with type 2 diabetes(T2 DM) complicated with hyperlipidemia. Methods 81 cases of T2 DM patients were divided into group 20-10 qd(20 mg/d changed to 10 mg/d), group 20-10 qod(20 mg/d changed to 10 mg/alternate day), group 20-quit(20 mg to quit) and group continued 10 mg according to different administration modes of atorvastatin. The blood glucose and blood lipid profile were detected every 3 months. Results ①The baseline lipid profile of four groups had no significant difference(P >0.05).②The plasma TC and LDL-C levels had an increased trend in the 20-quit group, but had decreased trends in all other groups. The TC and LDL-C levels of group 20-10 qd were lower than those of group 20-10 qod and group 20-quit, while the TC and LDL-C levels of group continued 10 mg were lower than those of group 20-10 qod(all P<0.05). Conclusions T2 DM patients with hyperlipidemia should be recruited into a long-term statin therapy,and 10 mg/d of atorvastatin may be an appropriate choice.
