护理干预在烧伤患者异种真皮治疗中的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨护理干预在烧伤患者异种真皮治疗中的临床效果。方法选取2017年5月至2018年5月我院收治的98例烧伤患者,随机分为对照组(n=49,常规护理)与观察组(n=49,护理干预),比较两组的创面愈合时间、护理满意度、温哥华疤痕评分及患者自评优良率。结果观察组的创面愈合时间明显短于对照组,护理满意度明显高于对照组(P均<0.05)。观察组的温哥华疤痕评分均明显低于对照组(P <0.05)。观察组的自评优良率为81.63%,高于对照组的61.22%(P <0.05)。结论护理干预在烧伤患者异种(猪)真皮治疗中能够有效保护创面,促进创面愈合,提高患者的护理满意度,值得推广应用。Objective To explore the clinical effect of nursing intervention in the treatment of burned patients with xenogenic dermis.Methods 98 cases of burned patients admitted to our hospital from May 2017 to May 2018 were selected and randomly divided into control group(n=49, routine nursing) and observation group(n=49, nursing intervention). The wound healing time, nursing satisfaction degree,Vancouver scar score, and the excellent and good rate of patients’ self-evaluation were compared between the two groups. Results The wound healing time of the observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group, and the nursing satisfaction degree was higher than that of the control group(both P<0.05). The Vancouver scar scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05). The excellent and good rate of self-evaluation of the observation group was 81.63%, higher than 61.22% of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusions Nursing intervention in the treatment of burned patients with xenogenic(porcine) dermis can effectively protect the wounds, promote the wound healing and improve patients’ nursing satisfaction degree, which is worthy of promotion and application.
