摘　　要：本文在对不动产登记业务实体和数据的全面梳理分析基础上,提出通过对业务实体进行逻辑统合,构建以不动产登记信息管理基础平台为支撑的前后台业务网上运行体系,应成为"互联网+不动产登记"务实可行的技术路线,并籍此实现不动产登记服务便民利民的价值取向。Based on the analysis of work flow and data of real estate registration, this paper proposes to analyze the logic of the work flow comprehensively and build the system of work net underpinned by IPRER. It’s supposed to be the feasible technical route as well as the realization of value for the people’s benefit and convenience. In particular,information sharing and mutual recognition among departments is also an important measure to deepen the "Internet+ real estate registration" service.
