摘　　要：本文分析通过信息系统监管未利用地开发利用情况所面临的问题,提出了相应的解决方案,设计并建设了未利用地开发利用试点监管系统,并且成功应用。系统对未利用地开发利用试点的开发利用实现了有效管理,规范了试点开展,为决策提供了数据支撑。By analyzing the problem of supervising unused land utilization through information system, this paper puts forward corresponding settlements, designs and constructs Unused Land Utilization Pilot Supervision System which had been applied successfully. The system achieves efficiently management of unused land utilization, regularizes pilot works,provides data supporting for decision-making.
