摘　　要：本文针对海量不动产登记共享服务数据组织存储、更新同步、安全防护等技术难点,提出了基于大数据(ElasticSearch)技术的设计思路和不动产登记信息共享服务系统的总体框架,解决了大数据技术下不动产共享数据组织管理、抽取同步、安全保障能技术难点,并在全国不动产登记信息共享服务系统中成功应用,有力提升了不动产登记信息共享服务系统查询性能和服务能力。Aiming at the problems of big data organization, storage, update and safety protection of SSSRER(Shared Service System of Real Estate Registration), and this paper proposed design considerations and the framework of SSSRER,and provided technical solutions underpinned by Big Data technology(ElasticSearch). It has been successful implemented in SSSRER construction, and markedly improve the performance of the SSSRER.
