摘　　要：目的通过对南通市2015年-2017年新发现HIV感染者进行首次CD4^+T淋巴细胞检测,了解感染者的免疫状态,为抗病毒治疗提供依据。方法使用FACS Calibur流式细胞仪对南通市2015年-2017年新发现HIV感染者进行CD4^+T淋巴细胞计数。结果 1 473例检测者中,男性占86.2%,女性占13.8%,平均年龄为(37.6±14.6)岁,CD4^+T淋巴细胞最少检测数为4个/μl,最多检测数为1 574个/μl,平均值为(366.6±234.0)个/μl,其中<200个/μl的占21.5%,不同年份、不同年龄组CD4^+T淋巴细胞构成比差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论南通市新发现HIV感染者首次CD4^+T淋巴细胞计数较低,建议进一步提高检测的及时性、保证检测的延续性、扩大检测的覆盖率,尽早接受抗病毒治疗。Objective To analyze the first CD4^+T lymphocyte detection of the newly found HIV infected patients from 2015 to 2017 in Nantong, so as to understand their immune status and provide basis for antiviral therapy. Methods The flow cytometry (FACS Calibur) was used on the CD4^+T lymphocyte count in the newly found HIV infected patients from 2015 to 2017 in Nantong. Results Among the 1 473 testers, 86. 2% were male, 13. 8% were female, and the average age was 37. 6 ± 14. 6. The minimum number of CD4^+T lymphocytes counts was 4 cells/μl, the maximum number was 1 574 cells/μl, the mean value was (366. 6 ± 234. 0) cells/μl, of which < 200 cells/μl accounted for 21.5%. The differences in the composition ratio of CD4^+T lymphocytes among different years and different age groups were statistically significant ( P <0. 05). Conclusion The first CD4^+T lymphocytes count of the newly found HIV infected patients in Nantong was lower. It is recommended to further improve the timeliness of testing, ensure the continuity of testing, extend the coverage of testing and receive antiviral treatment as soon as possible.
