摘　　要：目的探讨胫腓骨骨折患者血清中血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)和血小板源性生长因子(PDGF)水平与胫腓骨骨折愈合时间、关节功能的关系。方法选取本院2016年9月-2017年9月确诊为胫腓骨骨折的90例患者作为研究对象,采用酶联免疫吸附法检测患者血清中VEGF和PDGF水平,随访所有患者骨折愈合及关节功能情况,分析患者血清中VEGF和PDGF水平与患者骨折愈合、关节功能术后并发症发生的关系。结果VEGF和PDGF高水平组患者骨痂形成时间和骨折愈合时间均低于对应低水平组患者;VEGF和PDGF高水平组患者关节功能治疗总有效率为93.3%,明显高于对应低水平的患者;VEGF和PDGF低水平组患者总不良反应率为13.3%,高于对应高水平患者。结论血清中VEGF和PDGF水平与患者骨折愈合和关节功能密切相关,高水平的PDGF和VEGF有助于促进骨折愈合及关节功能恢复,值得临床关注。Objective To investigate the relationship of VEGF and PDGF levels in the serum of tibia and fibula fracture with the healing time of tibia and fibula fracture and the joint function. Methods In our hospital from September 2016 to September 2017,90 cases for the diagnosis of fracture of tibia and fibula were selected as the research objects. The levels of VEGF and PDGF in serum were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay ( ELISA). The fracture healing and joint function of all patients were followed up. The relationship between serum VEGF and PDGF levels and fracture healing and postoperative complications were analyzed. Results The callus formation time and fracture healing time of patients with high VEGF and PDGF levels were significantly lower than the low VEGF and PDGF level group. The total effective rate of joint function in patients with high levels of VEGF and PDGF was 93. 3%,which was significantly higher than that of patients with low levels. The overall adverse reaction rate was 13. 3% in patients with low levels of VEGF and PDGF,which was higher than the corresponding high level patients. Conclusion The levels of VEGF and PDGF in serum are closely related to fracture healing and joint function. High levels of PDGF and VEGF can promote fracture healing and promote joint function recovery,which is worthy of clinical attention.
