摘  要:随着我国氧化铝工业的快速发展,高品质资源的保证程度日趋严峻,难以为继,高硫铝土矿作为铝行业的重要可利用资源逐渐为生产所采用。生产实践表明:高硫铝土矿无传动碱性浮选脱硫技术,可有效实现含铝矿物与含硫矿物的分离,解决了高硫铝土矿难以经济利用的问题,极大的提高和改善了氧化铝生产供矿条件,为我国储量巨大的高硫铝土矿的有效开发利用提供了广阔的空间,可极大的缓解我国铝土矿资源紧张形势,具有重要的经济和环境效益。With the rapid development of aluminum industry in China,the guarantee degree of high-quality resources is becoming more and more serious,and it is difficult to continue.High-sulfur bauxite,as an important available resource in aluminum industry,is gradually adopted for production.The production practice shows that no transmission alkaline flotation desulfurization of high-sulfur bauxite can effectively achieve the separation of aluminum minerals and sulfur-bearing minerals,solve the difficult problem of economic utilization for high-sulfur bauxite,greatly improve ore supply conditions of the alumina production.It provides a broad space for the effective development and utilization of high-sulfur bauxite with huge reserves in China,and can greatly alleviate the tension of bauxite resources in China,and has important economic and environmental benefits.
