摘  要:我国金属镁生产主要采用皮江法工艺,其中白云石煅烧工序是皮江法工艺的首要关键环节,煅烧工序能耗占金属镁生产能耗的30%,是皮江法炼镁节能降耗的关键。多年来镁行业在提升技术装备水平及节能降耗上加大研发投入,节能型回转窑、新型竖窑等新技术与装备在镁冶炼煅烧工序成功应用,节能效果显著。本文对煅烧工序的能耗进行了分析,以煅烧工序的节能为重点,阐述了近年来镁冶炼煅烧工序节能技术及装备的应用现状及发展趋势。China's magnesium production mainly uses the Pidgeon process,in which the dolomite calcination process is the primary link of Pidgeon process.The energy consumption of calcination process accounts for 30% of the energy consumption in the production of metallic magnesium,which is the key to energy saving and consumption reduction in the process.Over the years,the magnesium industry has increased its investment in research and development to improve the level of technical equipment and save energy.New technologies and equipment such as energy-saving rotary kilns and new vertical kilns have been successfully applied in the calcination process of magnesium smelting.The energy saving effect is remarkable.In this paper,the energy consumption of the calcining process is analyzed.focusing on the energy saving of the calcining process,the application status and development trend of magnesium smelting and calcining process technology and equipment in recent years are described.
