高压氧联合依达拉奉对高血压脑出血术后脑血管功能及疗效的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨高压氧联合依达拉奉对高血压脑出血术后脑血管功能及疗效的影响。方法:选取200例高血压脑出血患者作研究对象,并按治疗方案不同均分为两组。对照组(n=100)单纯采取依达拉奉治疗,研究组(n=100)采取高压氧联合依达拉奉治疗。结果:治疗后,研究组患者的脑血管平均流量、平均流速均高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患者的整体治疗有效率为90.00%,高于对照组的79.00%(P<0.05)。结论:高压氧联合依达拉奉对高血压脑出血术后脑血管功能康复有积极作用,值得借鉴。Objective: To explore the effect of hyperbaric oxygen combined with edaravone on postoperative cerebralvascular function and curative effect in patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage. Methods: 200 cases of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage were selected and divided into different groups according to the treatment scheme: The control group ( n =100) was treated with edaravone alone, and the study group ( n =100) was treated with hyperbaric oxygen combined with edaravone. Results: After treatment, the average blood flow and mean flow velocity of the patients in the study group were higher than those in the control group( P <0.05). The overall effective rate of the study group was 90%, higher than 79% of the control group( P <0.05). Conclusion: Hyperbaric oxygen combined with edaravone has a positive effect on rehabilitation of cerebral vascular function after operation of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage, and can be used for reference.
