摘 要:针对渣油加氢反应的特性,提出了将渣油中的金属划分为易脱、难脱两个集总,并假设易脱的金属组分直接脱除,难脱的金属组分经过反应变为易脱的金属组分后进行脱除。在反应温度为370~410℃、压力为15.0 MPa、氢油体积比600~800、液时空速0.2~2.2 h^(-1)的条件下,在1 000 mL固定床装置上进行了动力学试验并确定动力学参数,拟合得出的反应动力学方程相关系数的平方R^2>0.9,可信度F检验中F统计?10×FT(α=0.01),由此可以得出,模型无论从局部还是从整体上来看都是高度显著和可信的。用两集总一级反应动力学来描述渣油加氢脱金属反应过程是可靠的,脱镍率、脱钒率的模型计算值与实验值的平均相对误差分别为2.65%,2.61%;同时将金属脱除率与脱硫率、密度、黏度、康氏残炭、沥青质转化率进行了关联,结果表明具有良好的相关性。Based on the characteristics of residue hydrogenation reaction, it is proposed to divide the metals in residue into two lumps: easy to remove and difficult to remove. It is assumed that the easy-to-remove metal components are removed directly, and that the hard-to-remove metal components are removed by reaction into the easy-to-remove metal components. kinetic experiments were carried out on a 1 000 mL fixed bed device and kinetic parameters are determined, under the conditions of reaction temperature 370~410℃, pressure 15.0 MPa, volume ratio of hydrogen to oil 600~800, liquid space-time velocity 0.2~2.2 h^-1. Based on the experimental data, obtain relevance coefficient of reaction kinetics equation R^2>0.9, F Statistics in F-test of Reliability》10×FT(α=0.01). The results show that the model is highly significant and credible both locally and overall. Two lumped first-order reaction kinetics is reliable for describing residue hydrodemetallization reaction process. The absolute average deviations between the calculated and average relative error are 2.65% and 2.61% respectively. At the same time, the metal removal rate is correlated with desulfurization rate, density, viscosity, Conradson carbon residue(CCR) and asphaltene conversion rate, and the results show that there is a good correlation.
