摘 要:为了解决注剂压力过大而导致含泄漏缺陷的管道失效问题,文中以含轴向裂缝缺陷的钢骨架复合管为研究对象,对其安全注剂压力开展研究。通过实验测量钢骨架复合管的材料性能和含轴向裂缝的钢骨架复合管道在某一注剂压力作用下管壁的压力和应变。在此基础上,通过应力计算公式得到泄漏点的等效应力,并应用ANSYS软件对其进行有限元模拟。通过实验验证钢骨架复合管带压堵漏ANSYS有限元模型具有较高的准确性和合理性。In order to solve the problem of pipeline failure with leakage defects caused by excessive injection pressure,this paper took the steel skeleton composite pipe with axial crack defects as the research object,and studied its safe injection pressure.The material properties of the steel skeleton composite pipe and the pressure and strain of the steel skeleton composite pipe with axial crack under a certain injection pressure were measured.On this basis,the equivalent stress of the leakage point was obtained through the stress calculation formula,and the finite element simulation was carried out with ANSYS software.The ANSYS finite element model was proved to be accurate and reasonable through experiment verification steel skeleton composite pipeline.
