摘　　要：高校图书馆资源的开发利用要在高等本科院校教学实践中合理运用,不能一味追求快速发展,同时要加强学生学习和教学质量,两者要做到协同发展。笔者论述了高校图书馆教学管理在高校中的发展问题,无论是学校图书馆自身解决,还是学生自主的发展,两者之间应该做到相辅相成,本文希望为高校图书馆的教学管理水平提高做贡献。The development and utilization of library resources in higher college libraries should be rationally applied in the teaching practice of higher undergraduate colleges. They should not blindly pursue rapid development. At the same time, it is necessary to strengthen the quality of students’ learning and teaching. The author discusses the development of higher college library teaching management. Whether it is the school library’s own solution or the students’ independent development, the two should complement each other. It is hoped to make some contributions to improve the teaching management level of university libraries.
