摘 要:对全自动制样设备水分损失的2种检验方法进行试验方法和结果评定方法的对比分析,并按全水分偏倚试验方法、全水分损失率该2种方法对全自动制样设备进行了水分损失试验。试验结论为:按方法一进行检验,可评价全自动制样设备水分损失性能的优劣,其粒度适应性更强且全自动制样设备不存在水分偏倚,符合要求。按方法二进行检验,其试验更易开展且可分析全自动制样过程水分损失值,即全自动制样设备制备全水样过程中平均产生0.1%的全水分损失,则全自动制样设备的全水分损失率小于5.0%,符合要求。建议在实际工作中采用2种方法对全自动制样设备进行检验,即同时评价设备的全水分偏倚和全水分损失性能以深入分析2种检验方法的相关性。The comparison analysis of experimental methods and results estimation method about two moisture loss testing methods of automatic sample preparation equipment was done,and according to the experimental methods of total moisture bias and total moisture loss ratio,the moisture loss experiments of automatic sample preparation equipment were done.The experimental conclusion was:according to the first testing method,the property of moisture loss performance of automatic the sample preparation equipment could be estimated,the size adaptability was better and the moisture bias did not exist,the requirements could be met.According to the second method,the experiment was much easier to be carried out,and the moisture loss value could be analyzed in the automatic sample preparation process,which meant that the average total moisture loss was 0.1% in the process of total moisture sample preparation using automatic equipment,for the automatic sample preparation equipment,the total moisture loss ratio was less than 5.0%,the requirements could be met.It was suggested that in the practical work,the two methods should both be used to test the equipment,that was to say,estimation of both total moisture bias and total moisture loss performance could be done at the same time to deeply analyze the correlation of these two testing methods.
