摘　　要：设计开发1种属于计量装置领域定量的放料装置以用于粉末、颗粒等煤炭小规模定量放料,主要包括螺旋送料器、进料箱、放料装置等部分,螺旋送料器通过变速箱与驱动电机连接,在螺旋送料器的进口处安装进料箱,螺旋送料器的末端安装至少1个放料装置,放料装置为圆柱形管体。新型定量放料装置能够实现采用简单高效的机械式定量方法以避免露天称量可能造成的粉末状原料物品洒落或扩散的情况,可保护操作人员的人身安全,特别适合在标准煤样、干燥剂等粉料、粒料定量分装领域使用。A kind of quantitative feeding device was designed and developed in this paper,which belonged to the field of metering device and was used for small-scale quantitative feeding of coal powder and particles.It mainly involves spiral feeder,feed box and feeding device.The spiral feeder was connected with the drive motor by agearbox,the feed box was installed at the inlet of the spiral feeder,and at the end of the spiral feeder,one feeding device was equipped at least,which was a cylindrical tube body.The new quantitative feeding device could realize the simple and efficient mechanical weighing method,therefore,sprinkle of powder material which might be caused by open weighing could be avoided,safety of the operator could be protected.It was especially suitable for use in the field of quantitative separation of powder and particle like standard coal samples,desiccant and so on.
