摘 要:针对长沟选煤厂原煤中矸石泥化严重、煤泥水灰分高、末煤中掺入细颗粒煤泥从而致使浮选尾矿不易沉淀、洗煤水浓度高、重介质消耗增加、商品煤发热量变低等情况,在分析井下原煤粒度特性上对煤泥水系统进行升级改造,并更换先进浓缩机、压滤机,采用合理调配聚合氯化铝与聚丙烯酰胺的组合药剂以完善煤泥水处理工艺和改进加药设备系统。结果表明,改造后循环水浓度降低至10g/L,达到了一级洗煤用水标准,浮精煤产率和煤泥产率均都得到提高,尾煤滤饼水分大幅下降,不仅保证了正常的生产需求,也为类似的煤泥水循环系统提供技术参考。Regarding to the problems in Chang Gou coal preparation plant such as gangue serious muddy,high ash content of coal slime water,floating tail coal is not easy to precipitate caused by fine coal slime in slack coal,the high concentration of washing water,heavy medium consumption increase,decrease of calorific value of commercial coal,and based on the analysis of raw coal quality granularity characteristics in mine shaft,the coal slime water system was upgraded,the advanced condenser and filter press were replaced,the combination of polyaluminum chloride and polyacrylamide was used to perfect the coal slime water treatment process and improve the reagent feed equipment system.The results showed that the circulation water concentration was reduced to 10 g/L after the reformation,which reached the first class coal washing water standard,the floatation coal and refined coal yield and coal slime yield were increased,the water content of tail coal filter cake was greatly reduced,it not only guaranteed the normal production demand,but also provided technical reference for similar coal-slime water recycling system.
