摘 要:针对跳汰机矸石含煤率和洗水浓度高以及跳汰机下机体排料装置常卡堵等问题,将跳汰机筛板改为不锈钢异形冲孔筛板并对跳汰机的排料装置、浮标和直线位移传感器进行升级技术改造,即针对保安煤业选煤厂的数控跳汰机升级技术改造方案进行对比以提高跳汰机的洗选效果。由跳汰机升级技术改造前后的洗选效果对比表明,跳汰机的工艺性能可满足生产的实际需要,其分选效果良好。Regarding to the problems like high ratio of coal in gangue,high concentration of washing water for jigger,and frequent blockage of lower machine body discharge device for jigger,the sieve plate of jigger was changed to a stainless steel profiled punching sieve plate,and the discharge equipment,buoys and linear displacement sensors of jigger were upgraded,several numerical control jigger upgrading plans were compared to improve the washing effect of jigger.Before and after the reformation of jigger,the washing effects were compared,the process performance of jigger could meet the practical requirements of production,the sorting effect was good.
