摘  要:以内蒙古典型草原为研究对象,通过实地勘测、数据分析等手段探索不同刈割方式对大针茅草地群落特征和植物多样性的影响。结果表明:大针茅种群在群落中具有最大的重要值,占据优势地位;短期刈割对群落生物量的影响不显著(P>0.05),但与对照相比,一年一割[1(1)]和两年一割[2(1)]有增长趋势,而割50m留5m [50(5)]和50m留10m [50(10)]有降低趋势;刈割有降低群落平均高度和增加群落密度的的趋势;短期刈割对大针茅草原Margalef丰富度指数(Ma)有较大的影响,每年割50m留5m [50(5)]显著增加了物种丰富度(P<0.05),相比于50m留存5m [50(5)]物种多样性和均匀度在不同刈割处理下虽有降低趋势但并没有显著影响(P>0.05)。Inner Mongolia typical steppe was used as a research subject to study the effect of different mowing patterns on community characteristics and plant diversity in Stipa grandis steppe by filed investigation and data analysis. The results demonstrated that Stipa grandis was possessed of the most important value in community species and occupied the dominant position. The effect of short-term mowing on community biomass was not significant. Nevertheless, the community biomass of mowing frequency 1(1) and 2(1) had increase trend compared to the control group, while mowing frequency 50(5) and 50(10) had a tendency of lower community biomass. In addition to that, mowing was effective in a tendency of lower average community height and higher community density. furthermore, short-term mowing had remarkable effect on Margalef richness index in Stipa grandis steppe. Margalef richness index was significantly higher under mowing frequency 50(5). However, the effect of mowing on Shannon-Winner index and Pielou evenness index was not obvious.
