摘 要:从理论内涵、行业范畴、升级机理3个方面,构建世界级智能制造业集群的理论框架。从企业+产业+区域+网络组织4个维度,阐释世界级智能制造业集群的理论内涵。基于理论内涵,结合国务院发布的《中国制造2025》所提出的“智能制造工程”内容,明确“智能制造业”覆盖的行业门类包括智能装备、智能消费品、智能关键部件及新一代信息技术产业4类。与传统产业集群相比较,增加大数据这一新的变量,提出基于四层次空间整合的智能制造业集群升级机理。最后,在世界级智能制造业集群的理论框架下,分析重庆的大数据智能化实践。This paper tries to construct the theoretical framework of world-class intelligent manufacturing cluster from three aspects:theoretical connotation,industry category and upgrading mechanism.And it expounds the theoretical connotation of world-class intelligent manufacturing cluster from four dimensions:“enterprise+industry+region+network organization”.Based on the theoretical connotation and the content of“Intelligent Manufacturing Engineering”put forward in Made in China 2025(2015)issued by the State Council,it is clear that“Intelligent Manufacturing”covers four industrial categories:intelligent equipment,intelligent consumer goods,intelligent key components and the new generation of information technology industry.Compared with traditional industrial clusters,for increasing the new variable of big data,the upgrading mechanism of intelligent manufacturing industry clusters based on four-level spatial integration is proposed.Finally,under the theoretical framework of the world-class intelligent manufacturing cluster,the practice of big data and intelligentization in Chongqing is analyzed.
