中医辨证联合长春西汀注射液治疗伴发眩晕的突发性聋的效果

摘　　要：目的探讨中医辨证联合长春西汀注射液治疗伴发眩晕的突发性聋的临床效果。方法选取2016年10月~2018年10月我院收治的60例伴发眩晕的突发性聋患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(30例)和观察组(30例)。对照组采用静脉滴注长春西汀注射液治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上结合中医辨证治疗。两组患者均连续治疗10 d。比较两组突发性聋和眩晕的治疗效果及治疗前后的纯音听阈。结果观察组患者突发性聋的治疗总有效率为66.7%,高于对照组的50.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者的纯音听阈低于治疗前,观察组患者的纯音听阈低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者眩晕症状的治疗总有效率为83.3%,高于对照组的70.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中医辨证联合长春西汀注射液治疗伴发眩晕的突发性聋效果优于单纯西药治疗,具有一定的临床推广应用价值。Objective To explore the clinical effect of TCM syndrome differentiation combined with Vinpocetine Injection in the treatment of sudden deafness with vertigo. Methods A total of 60 cases of sudden deafness accompanied with vertigo admitted to our hospital from October 2016 to October 2018 were selected as the study objects,they were randomly divided into control group (30 cases) and observation group (30 cases) according to random number table method. The control group was treated with intravenous Vinpocetine Injection,while the observation group was treated with TCM syndrome differentiation on the basis of the control group. Two groups of patients were treated continuously for 10 days. The therapeutic effect of sudden deafness and vertigo and pure tone hearing threshold before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment for sudden deafness in the observation group was 66.7%,which was higher than 50.0% in the control group,the difference was significant (P<0.05). After treatment,the pure tone hearing threshold of the two groups was lower than that before treatment,and the pure tone hearing threshold of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The total effective rate of vertigo symptoms in the observation group was 83.3%,which was higher than 70.0% in the control group,the difference was significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of TCM syndrome differentiation combined with vinpocetine injection in treating sudden deafness with vertigo is better than that of Western medicine alone,which has certain clinical application value.
