摘 要:H7N9流感变异毒株的出现给我国家禽养殖业造成了严重的疫情风险。为了解和评估新型重组禽流感H5+H7二价灭活疫苗(H5N1Re-8株+H7N9H7-Re1株)的免疫效果和抗体消长规律,我们开展了鸡、鸭现场免疫试验。监测结果表明,该疫苗对蛋鸡和蛋鸭都具有良好的免疫效果,H5和H7亚型免疫抗体水平在免疫后2周均能达到100%的免疫合格率。对雏鸡也具有较好的免疫效果,免疫一次时H5和H7亚型抗体合格率分别在一免后3周和2周达到70%以上,并维持到一免后13周;进行二次免疫后,H5和H7亚型抗体合格率在二免后1周都达到100%。对雏鸭的免疫效果相对较差,一次免疫的H5亚型抗体水平不能达到70%的免疫合格标准,二免后1周H5和H7亚型抗体合格率均能达到80%以上,必须加强免疫一次才能达到满意的免疫效果。The new mutants of H7N9 avian influenza viruses have caused devastating poultry diseases and severe economic damage scince 2017. Here, we evaluated the immune effect of the inactivated H5 and H7 subtype avian influenza vaccine (H5N1 Re-8 and H7N9 Re-1) in chickens and ducks. According to the immune procedure made by Ministry of Agriculture of the People..s Republic of China, chickens and ducks were immunized with H5N1 Re-8 and H7N9 Re-1 vaccine and the hemagglutinin-inhibition (HI) antibody was detected on a weekly basis. Our results indicated that H5N1 Re-8 and H7N9 Re-1 vaccine induced strong immune response in egg-laying poultry, and 100% of participants in groups had high protective antibody levels in two weeks post one-time vaccination. For the first immunization in chickls, the H5 and H7 antibodies could reached 70% protective threshold in three and two weeks post one-time vaccination, respectively. Then, chicks inoculated for the second immunization had the 100% of H5 and H7 protective antibody levels in one week post two-time immunization. The H5 antibody level of ducklings vaccinated one time was bellow the 70% protective threshold, while the H5 and H7 antibody level of ducklings was above 80% in one week post two-time vaccination. Thus ducklings need two-time vaccination to get good immune response.
