摘  要:为了建立中药材板蓝根中精氨酸的含量测定方法,采用色谱柱为ZORBAXSB-Aq(5μm,4.6×250mm),柱温30℃,以水-三氟醋酸(100∶0.2)为流动相,流速0.3mL/min;蒸发光散射检测器检测,漂移管温度110℃,载气流量2.5L/min。结果显示,线性方程为Logm=0.62630·LogA-2.29056,相关系数R=0.9996,表明精氨酸在0.2μg^1.6μg范围内线性关系良好。平均加样回收率为100.5%,RSD=1.4%(n=9)。表明该方法简便准确,重复性好。To establish a method for determining the content of argentine in Radix isatidis. The column was ZORBAX SB-Aq (5 μm, 4. 6 ×250 mm), with the column temperature at 30 ℃. The mobile phase was water - trifluoroacetic acid (100∶ 0. 2) and the flow rate was 0. 3ml/ min. Evaporative light scattering detector was used for detection. The drift tube temperature was 110 ℃, and the carrier gas flow was 2. 5L/ min. The content of Arginine was in 0. 2 g ~1. 6 g. The linear equation was log m =0. 626 30· logA -2. 290 56, and the correlation coefficient r = 0. 999 6, indicating a good linear relationship. The average recovery rate was 100. 5%, RSD =1. 4%(n =9). This method is simple, accurate and reproducible.
