摘 要:国内废旧弹药库存中,小口径炮弹数量非常庞大,必须给予销毁处理。在炮弹的拆卸过程中依据安全性原则,首先应拆除引信装置。目前拆除引信的方法主要是人工手动拆卸或半自动设备拆卸,存在安全隐患的同时拆分效率低下,不能满足当前废旧弹药快速去库存的要求。针对上述问题,通过制作原理样机,投放到某工厂实际生产试验后,总结出了一种小口径炮弹引信旋卸机的设计方法,介绍了机械设备组成及工作原理、电气自动化配置、网络扩展移植、自动程序设计及关键元器件设计等。该引信旋卸机具有远程上弹、人机隔离、远程操作和监视、安全自动化连续生产、拆分件自动收集以及网络系统易于扩展等特点。In the domestic stockpile of waste ammunition,the quantity of small-caliber ammunition was very large and must be destroyed.In the process of disassembly,according to the safety principle,the fuze device must be dismantled firstly.At present,the main method of dismantling fuze was manual disassembly or semi-automatic disassembly,there were the hidden safety hazards and the disassembly efficiency was low,which can not meet the current requirements of rapid depot of waste ammunition.Aimed at the above problems,the researcher summarized a designing method of small-caliber fuze rotary unloader through making principle prototype and putting it into the actual production experiment of a factory.The composition and working principle of mechanical equipment,electrical automation configuration,network expansion and transplantation,automatic program design and key components design were introduced.The fuze revolver had the characteristics of long-distance bouncing,man-machine isolation,long-distance operation and monitoring,safe automatic continuous production,automatic collection of split parts,easy expansion of network system and so on.
