摘  要:文章通过系列温度下3种试样形式的拉伸试验及冲击韧性试验研究了经调质处理(QT处理)及亚温淬火处理(intercritical heat treatment,IHT)的2种状态9%Ni钢的强韧性变化规律。结果表明:IHT态试样强度基本上高于QT态,低温下IHT态试样的 N bⅡ、 C bⅠ、 C bⅡ大于QT态试样的;IHT态试样具有更高的低温冲击韧性;IHT态9%Ni钢具有更佳的强韧性匹配归因于其组织更加细小均匀,且逆转变奥氏体含量增多,分布更加均匀弥散;缺口(裂纹)敏感系数、缺口(裂纹)强度相对降低系数可用来定量表征缺口(裂纹)试样低温脆断抗力的大小,为进一步研究评价材料的低温断裂抗力指标奠定了基础。In this paper, the experiments were conducted to investigate the obdurability of 9% Ni steel under quenching and tempering(QT) and intercritical heat treatment(IHT) at low temperature by the tensile tests of three types of tensile specimens and Charpy impact tests. The results indicate that the strength of IHT specimens is greater than that of QT specimens, N bⅡ, C bⅠ, C bⅡ of IHT specimens are higher than those of QT at low temperature, and the IHT specimens also have higher low-temperature impact toughness. IHT 9% Ni steel has better strength and toughness matching. It should be attributed to the finer and more homogeneous microstructure of IHT 9% Ni steel, and the higher amount and more uniform dispersion of reversed austenite. N bⅠ( C bⅠ) and N bⅡ( C bⅡ) can be used to characterize the ability of the brittle fracture resistance of notch(crack) specimens at low temperature. It lays foundations for further studies on low-temperature fracture resistance parameter of the materials.
