摘  要:文章通过实验研究了基于线形腔和复合腔结构的布里渊掺铒混合增益光纤激光器的输出特性。采用1km单模石英光纤作为布里渊增益介质,研究了该布里渊激光器的输出特性参数与泵浦波长、泵浦功率、腔型结构等因素的关系。通过实验分析,得出线形腔和复合腔2种结构在不同布里渊泵浦波长条件下产生一阶斯托克斯光时的1480nm激光器的阈值泵浦功率,并研究了高阶斯托克斯光输出随1480nm激光器泵浦功率的变化情况;布里渊波长从1540nm变化到1570nm时,线形腔和复合腔阈值泵浦功率分别在139~172mW及196~294mW范围变化;保持1480nm激光器泵浦功率为623mW,增大布里渊泵浦功率,2种结构都获得了最多达到10个波长的稳定激光输出。The output characteristics of Brillouin erbium-doped hybrid fiber laser based on linear and composite cavity structure are studied experimentally. By using 1 km single-mode silica fiber as Brillouin gain medium, the relationship between the output characteristic parameters and the factors such as pump wavelength, pump power and cavity structure of the Brillouin laser is studied. Through experimental analysis, the 1 480 nm pump power of the two types of structures are obtained at different Brillouin pump wavelengths when the first-order Stokes is generated. With the change of 1 480 nm pump power, the output variation of high-order Stokes is studied. When the wavelength of Brillouin pump changes from 1 540 nm to 1 570 nm, the linear and composite cavity thresholds change in the range of 139 172 mW and 196 294 mW, respectively. Fixing 1 480 nm pump power at 623 mW and increasing the Brillouin pump power, both structures obtain up to ten stable output channels.
