摘  要:针对受过水断面的测流条件和人为因素等影响,水文站在低水流量测验中普遍存在精度偏低的问题,以黑林水文站为例,提出通过整治测验断面,新建矩形量水堰工程,在低水期建立水位-流量单一线以提升测验精度。量水堰定线成果通过水文三项检验,获得批复应用,提高测验精度的同时,可减轻劳动强度。结果表明,矩形量水堰可有效解决水文站低水流量测验精度偏低的问题,可为具有相同条件下的水文站低水流量测验提供借鉴。Aiming at the problem of low accuracy in low-flow measurement of hydrological stations, which is affected by flow measurement conditions and human factors of cross-section, this paper takes Heilin Hydrological Station as an example, proposes to build a single line relationship of water level and discharge in low-water period by rectangular weir project. Through hydrology three tests, the results of weir alignment have been confirmed and approved by higher authorities, which improves the accuracy of the test and reduces the labor intensity at the same time. The results show that the rectangular weir can effectively solve the problem of low accuracy of low flow measurement in hydrological stations, and can provide reference for low flow measurement in hydrological stations under the same conditions.
