摘  要:针对车辆制动过程中的能量回收问题进行了研究,提出一套液压式制动能量回收再生系统的结构方案。该方案采用了多级可控液压泵/马达作为能量回收及动力合成元件,以32位汽车级芯片KEAZ128作为ECU内核,应用复合滤波方法来提高控制系统采集信息的精度,通过遗传算法对能量回收进行优化控制,最后搭建实验台架,对系统的功能进行验证。结果表明:该系统能实现车辆制动能量回收与馈送,ECU系统功能达到设计要求。Aimed at the problem of energy recovery during vehicle braking,a structural scheme of hydraulic braking energy recovery and regeneration system is proposed.The multistage controllable hydraulic pump/motor is used as the energy recovery and dynamic component,the 32-bit automotive-grade chip KEAZ128 is adapted as the ECU core,the composite filtering method is applied to improve the accuracy of information collected by control system,and through genetic algorithm to optimal control of the energy recovery,the system experiment platform is set up to verify the function of the system.The results show that the system can realize vehicle braking energy recovery and feed,ECU system function meet the design requirements.
