摘　　要：管家理论和委托代理理论作为研究非政府组织治理理论时,二者相辅相成,基于两种理论预设的代理情景和管家情景所衍生出组织两种对立角色—理性经济的"代理人"和恪守职业情操的"管家"。伴随组织不同发展时期,组织的角色发生变化,进而可能引发腐败问题,这为探究国际奥委会腐败问题提供了新视角。本研究以国际奥委会组织功能在历史发展中两个不同的阶段为切入点,通过概述"管家"和"代理人",辨析二者异同,从贵族运动与业余主义、精英自治与自我遴选两方面论述国际奥委会初建时期的管家角色;在概述非政府组织商业化发展诉求和奥运会商业化发展前提下,论述国际奥委会伴随商业发展,组织规模扩大的前提下,组织向代理人角色转变,进而滋生腐败。The butler theory and the principal-agent theory are supplement each other when studying the governance theory of non-governments.The agency and butler situation based on the presupposition of two theories play the part of opposite roles of organization-the agent of rational economy and professional ethics of the"butler".With the development of organizations in different periods,the role of the organization was changed,which may cause corruption;It is a new perspective that is provides for exploring corruption in IOC.This research takes the IOC's organizational function as the entry point in two different stages of historical development,adoption of the overview two roles of“housekeeper”and“agent”are distinguishes the similarities and differences in this paper.The nobility movement and amateurism from the autonomy of the elites and self-selection,it is discusses the role of the steward of the IOC during the initial construction period.The premise of developing in the commercialization Non-governmental organizations and the commercialization of the Olympic Games,the IOC is breeds corruption in business development,expanded organization scales and changed in organization agent roles.
