摘  要:蒸汽发生器将反应堆所产生的热量传递给二回路给水,用于产生饱和蒸汽送往汽轮机,同时作为一回路压力边界的组成部分,承担着核电机组的安全功能。介绍了蒸汽发生器一次侧接管安全端产品焊接见证件的制作工艺、冲击试验方法和试验结果,分析并确定了冲击试验不合格的原因。采用切除安全端并重新焊接的处理方法,结果合格,保证了蒸汽发生器产品质量满足要求。Steam generator transfers the heat generated by the reactor to the secondary feed water and produces saturated steam to the turbo generator. It undertakes the safety function of the nuclear power unit as an integral part of the primary loop pressure boundary. This article introduces the manufacturing process,impact test method and test results of product weld test coupon of the steam generator primary side nozzle safety end,and the unqualified cause of impact test was determined. Processing method of removing safety end and rewelding qualified safety end was used,the weld quality is qualified and the quality of steam generator product satisfied the requirements.
