摘 要:在高氮奥氏体不锈钢结构件的焊接制造中,利用多股绞合焊丝在电弧能量分布、对熔池有搅拌作用、成分易调控等方面的优势,显著减少焊缝内的气孔,以较低的焊接热输入抑制了焊缝中第二相析出物形成和热影响区组织的改善。对高氮不锈钢的GMAW接头的组织、硬度、力学性能进行分析和成分优化,满足了该种材料用于重要焊接结构批量制造的工程要求。Because of its advantages,such as optimizing arc energy distribution, stirring the welding pool and easily regulating chemical composition,a new multi-stranded wire was employed to join in the welding of high nitrogen stainless steel structures and significantly reduced the porosity in the weld,and the precipitation of second phases in the weld was suppressed,the microstructure of the heat affected zone improved with relatively low heat input. The microstructure and mechanical properties were improved by analysing and optimizing the GMAW joints of high nitrogen stainless steel,meeting the engineering technical requirements of important welded structural parts.
